Clay is a place for rejoicing, a respite from anxiety and a balm for heartache. When my hands are creating with clay, nothing else exists - I am fully present with my creation. When I am in a yoga pose - I must be fully present or I will fall out. Both clay and yoga have taught me to be fully here now.
Yogiclay is a place to recharge in the midst of a busy, chaotic world. Each piece is made with love & designed for ritualistic use in order to encourage moments of consistency & pause. Each experience is curated to pull the mind back into the present moment and reboot creative flow. Through meditation & creating, anyone can benefit from entering a creative flow state.
